L298n Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using l298n's services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Last updated: January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the l298n platform available at https://l298n.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the l298n platform. Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory condition for registration and use of all services provided.
These terms apply to all platform users, including guests without an account, registered users, and active users engaging with Sports Betting, Live Casino, or any other platform features. The l298n platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is prohibited, and any such account found in violation of this condition will be terminated immediately.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of l298n services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.
- You must notify l298n immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by emailing [email protected].
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
Account Suspension & Closure
L298n reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, breach of terms, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Account closure decisions are final unless a written appeal is submitted within 14 days.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a user of the l298n platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times while using the platform:
Permitted Activities
- Using the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and betting purposes.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information during any verification or transaction process.
- Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations in Malaysia when using the platform.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or use the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or stability of the l298n platform or any related systems.
- Using your account to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party, whether for free or for payment.
- Spreading false, misleading, or reputation-damaging information about the platform or other users.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension and freezing of the associated balance pending investigation.
4. MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the l298n platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and international bank transfers.
Deposit
Deposits made by users will be credited to their platform account within the timeframe specified for their chosen payment method. l298n is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details submitted are accurate.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as required by the platform. l298n reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name, and the account name must match the name registered on the l298n platform.
Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction shows signs of suspicious activity, l298n reserves the right to hold or cancel the transaction while an investigation is conducted. Users will be notified via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions relating to transaction freezes are at l298n's absolute discretion and subject to applicable legal compliance requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The l298n platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. l298n makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, continuous availability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall l298n be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business interruption.
Intellectual Property
All content on the l298n platform — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of l298n or its content contributors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from l298n.
